Ari is a senior technology and transformation leader with more than a decade of experience delivering complex, large-scale change across Commercial Banking and enterprise technology. He works from strategy through execution, translating ambition into roadmaps and aligning business, product, engineering, architecture, operations and strategic partners.
At Lloyds Banking Group, he leads a large engineering and live-service organisation supporting critical banking services. His remit spans technology strategy, operating models, platform transformation, financial governance and enterprise-grade resilience across cloud and hybrid environments.
An Executive MBA graduate of Henley Business School and a Chartered Manager, Ari leads with clarity, accountability and continuous improvement—combining strategic judgement with deep technical credibility.
